Where are you located?

We are located on the second story of the Wilmington Performing Arts Studio. There is NO elevator access.

Is the studio handicap accessible?

Unfortunately, it is not. It is in a historic preexisting building that we lease. There is no elevator access.

How many people can the studio hold?

The current Main Room studio at Studio on South has no set limit at this time. However, we recommend no more than 10 people at once including children. It is a shared space with other businesses, so we ask that you respect the shared spaces when in session or you will be asked to leave with no refund provided.

What all is provided for client use?

All items in the studio are available for your use. We ask that you put dirty clothing in the laundry basket provided when finished and replace robes on hooks to be washed. Please return props and furniture to their pre-existing space. Do NOT move furniture by scooting it across the floor. You may lift and carry it. If it cannot be lifted to move, it CANNOT be moved. Our flooring is new, and we would like to keep it nice for as long as possible. If you have a request, please let us know at booking so we can do our best to accommodate it. Damage to floors will be charged a damage fee minimum of $50.

Where is Parking located?

Unfortunately, parking is limited to the building. You will find on street parking all around the building. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property to anyone in your party. We are not responsible for vehicles being towed.

Can reservations be rescheduled or canceled?

Once a reservation is made it cannot be canceled. It CAN be rescheduled though for a future date if a 24-hour notice is given in advance.
